Exercise an empty stomach helps to reduce weight
A recent British study indicated that physical exercise empty stomach yield better results to reduce the weight for exercise after a meal.
In this study, recently published newspaper "The Independent" British researchers discovered that men who exercise before breakfast lose a larger amount of fat who are engaged in these exercises after eating their first meal.
There may be an added benefit to exercise before eating breakfast, there is a need to work more studies to assess the long-term impact of the habit.
The study proved that exercise before or after breakfast helps to burn fat during the day, but the exercise before breakfast resulted in lost the greatest amount of body fat and a greater shortage in blood fat levels.
